"Dwelling in God's Presence"

The Adult Class has begun a new study, "Dwelling in God’s Presence – An Overview of Leviticus."

Although challenging to read for many, Leviticus is a very important book…
  • It is at the heart of the Torah or Pentateuch (the first five books of Moses), the foundation for all of Scripture.
  • It contains more direct speech by God Himself than any other book of the Bible.
  • As a Christian, we can’t fully comprehend the New Testament, and its vocabulary (sacrifice, atonement, holy, unclean, blood) without first understanding Leviticus.

The class, taught by Pastor David Bisset, meets from 11 AM to Noon in the Fireside Room at CPCC, and runs through May.
